Welcome to the Hallmark Condominium Unit Owners Association (the “Association”) website, also known as “www.hallmarkcondominium.com”, the “Website” or the “Site.” The primary goal of the Site is to provide a comprehensive and effective platform for internal condominium communication and electronic interaction. The Site serves as a go-to destination for the Residents and the Unit Owners seeking support and information.

We welcome people from our condominium association who wish to share information, experiences and opinions. In the spirit of kindness, tolerance, and good manners, all Users shall abide by the following code of conduct, comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Terms of Use Policy”) and are responsible for any violations. These Terms of Use Policy are the terms that apply to the Users of the Site. This Agreement governs your use of the Site, its features, services, and any content provided through the Site. We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
We welcome people of all ages, races, religions, genders, national origins, sexual orientations and points of view. We do not tolerate expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment or abuse, nor will we tolerate threats of harm to anyone. Because we encourage discussion and the exchange of ideas, we do not allow defamatory, abusive, tasteless or indecorous content or statements. For the same reason, we do not allow racially and sexually explicit material on the Site, nor links to such material.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly agreed, by participation in the Site that the Association is not responsible for any content posted by Users, and Users are solely and individually responsible for the quality and accuracy of any content they may post on the Site.
The Association does not allow any illegal activities. Specifically, all participants shall not use the Site to advocate illegal conduct or participate in illegal or fraudulent schemes.
- You can not use the Site to distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted material, including photos, artwork, text, recordings, designs or computer programs.
- You may not post, or use, computer programs that contain destructive features, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, bots scripts and any other form of invasive software.
- You may not engage in unauthorized access or attempts to access the Site’s servers or databases.
- You may not violate any applicable local, state, or national laws or regulations.
Materials, documents and information (e.g. Association Documents) contained in this Site are for informational purposes only. The Association, its trustees, managers, members and agents make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on this Site for any purpose.

Although the Association attempts to ensure that all information, documents and materials remain current and accurate, the Association does not warrant their accuracy, completeness and currency at all times. However, the Site’s administrators do not offer moderation or advice of any kind, and are speaking from their own experience or opinion as is helpful for the facilitating of conversation or resolve any conflicts. We do our best to encourage comfort and discourage disruptive behavior. We also discourage provocative statements that incite others to deliberately violate the Terms of Use Policy. We ask that you treat other users with mutual respect and restraint.
The Site is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hallmark Condominium Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Site regarding your use of the Site and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Association retains the right to update this Terms of Use Policy at any time by posting a revised Terms of Use Policy on the Site without prior notice, and such revisions will take effect upon posting.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Massachusetts.
