Question #1: How do I report broken infrastructure, sidewelk defects, and more?

Answer: Commonwealth Connect provides the mechanism for residents reporting maintenance and repair needs of the neighborhood.

Question #2: How do I sign up for alerts in our community?

Answer: Cambridge Alert Newark will send out important emergency and non-emergency information from the City of Cambridge to Residents via text and/or email. 

Question #3: How do I know when a snow emergency is declared

Answer: Snow emergency info can be fount at City of Cambridge Snow Section, on TV Channel 22 (22-CityView), or the Cambridge Alert Network.

Question #4: How do I learn about bicycle parking rules in the ne

Answer: Cambridge has special requirements for bicycle parking – find out more online and download a copy of the bike parking guide.

Question #5: How do I report property lost or stolen bikes?

Answer: Always document your bike’s serial number and take a picture to save for the future. To report stolen bikes or personal belongings call Cambridge Police non-emergency line.

Answer: To find your vehicle, have your license plate number available and call Cambridge Police Non-Emergency number.

Answer: Street cleaning in Cambridge runs from April 1st to December 1st. Schedules are posted on street signs and also online.
