However\, Unit Owners (Landlords) or their Realtor/Agent are responsible for maintaining the heating equipment (thermostat\, zone\, valve\, transformer\, heating pipes\, wiring\, etc.) within their units.  If residents are experiencing no heat within their unit\, he/she should contact their landlord(s) or their realtor/agent for repair\, most likely a result of mal-functioning/non-functioning in-unit equipment. Please refer to the Resident’s Handbook for further details on heating elements and the maintenance protocols.
