Presented @ 284 Harvard Ave.\, Cambridge MA 02139\n\n\nDate:\nWednesday\, December 11th\, 2024\n\n\nTime:\n6:00 P.M.\n\n\nZoom Link:\nTBD (Zoom link will be emailed in the coming weeks)\n\n\n\nAGENDA \nThe preliminary Meeting Agenda is as follows: \n\nRoll Call and certifying proxies\nVerification of Quorum\nBoard Member Election\, Upcoming Budget and Assessment of FY2025.\nProof of Notice of Meeting\nBoard Chair Slide Presentation and Review\nManagement-Board of Trustees Q&A\nOpen Forum\nAdjournment\n\n**IMPORTANT** \nEnclosed with this notification you will find a Proxy Form for the Annual Meeting. Please understand that for positive changes to be made and your voice to be heard you are strongly encouraged to sign and return the proxy. Because there will be no in-person meeting or voting for the Unit Owners\, therefore\, it is vitally important for the Association to receive enough proxies to establish a quorum before the virtual meeting\, so that the business of the Association can be conducted properly. \nWhether you are intended to attend the Zoom meeting or not\, please take a moment to fill out the proxy and return it to the Management or members of the Board no later than December 9th\, 2024. This will help to ensure a quorum and allow the Board to conduct official HOA business. \nIn the coming weeks\, the Board of Trustees will be reaching out to you either by phone\, email or text\, to collect proxies to ensure a quorum is met.
