Please understand that for positive changes to be made and your voice to be heard you are strongly encouraged to sign and return the proxy. Because there will be no in-person meeting or voting for the Unit Owners\, therefore\, it is vitally important for the Association to receive enough proxies to establish a quorum before the virtual meeting\, so that the business of the Association can be conducted properly. \nWhether you are intended to attend the Zoom meeting or not\, please take a moment to fill out the proxy and return it to the Management or members of the Board no later than December 9th\, 2024.
